Royal Passion

Ingredients

30 ml Ovant Royal
30 ml Dark Rum
10 ml Simple Syrup
1 pc Passion Fruit
4 pcs Lime, wedges
10 pcs Mint Leaves
1 btl Ginger Beer

Garnish

Mint Sprig
Crushed Ice

Highball Cocktail Shaker Muddler

Technique

Add passion fruit pulp, lime, mint leaves and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and muddle.
Pour dark Rum and Ovant Royal into the shaker and top with enough cubed ice to almost fill a highball glass.
Shake for 10 seconds and pour entire contents into the highball glass.
Top with ginger beer and crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
